Technical features

The material must meet the requirements of moderate melting point and appropriate thermal conductivity, and some materials need to adjust the welding parameters
Applicable scenarios and limitations
Advantage scenarios: lightweight structural parts (metal), electronic product housings (ABS/PC), automotive parts (PP/PA), seals (rubber), etc.
Limiting factors:
Metal welding requires high-power equipment and is sensitive to material thickness and strength
Some plastics (such as high-melting point PA) require adjustment of amplitude, pressure and other parameters to optimize the effect
